Introduction

ALER Contacts’ Directory gathers in a single online platform an exhaustive list of all entities, public or private, who are active in the renewable energy sector in Portuguese-speaking countries.

This professional directory was developed to boost the renewable energy sector, as it will facilitate the identification of institutional bodies, partners, donors, financers, suppliers and service providers, required for project development. 

ALER Contacts’ Directory will be not only a useful platform for contacts dissemination, but also an important promotion tool of your Entity.

As it encourages and facilitates professional contacts, this Directory will:
 

• Create business opportunities;
• Facilitate the involvement of national authorities;
• Promote private sector participation;
• Attract investment and financing.

ALER Contacts’ Directory platform is intended to be used by all users who wish to acquire and / or share information about the entities that act in the renewable energy sector.

The Directory will cover ALER’ seven priority countries (Angola , Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe and East Timor ). The contacts for each country will be included at the same pace as ALER´s country analysis.

The Directory provides information about all kind of entities to guarantee the completeness of the database. Besides listing companies, sorted by type of activity, the Directory will also include a different range of organizations: Governmental, Non-Governmental, Financial and Educational.

Each entity will also include information about the type of renewable energy technologies in which it engages, to enable more targeted research and contacts.

ALER will be constantly reviewing the Directory in order to ensure that it is operating smoothly, that it is user-friendly, updated, accurate and useful.
