ALER and AMER analyse new Mozambique's off-grid regulation and resume Working Group
ALER and AMER are working on a detailed legal analysis of the new off-grid energy access regulation in Mozambique published December 10th. The aim is to identify and clarify all private sector issues in the implementation of the Regulation, as well as to draw up a roadmap for the procedures necessary for the development of mini-grid projects and home solar systems in Mozambique.
This analysis will be discussed with the Members of both Associations at a meeting on February 10th at 9am PT, 11am Moçambique, of the Working Group that had already prepared contributions to the public consultation of the same document.
To participate in this Working Group and have access to legal analysis and roadmap become an ALER and/or AMER Member! Do not miss this unique opportunity to contribute to the development of this market segment in Mozambique.
It is on these occasions that the role of associations is more relevant, as coordination platforms and spokesperson for the interests of the private sector, working together with all stakeholders to achieve a regulatory environment favorable to investment and to increase access to energy in general and, renewables in particular.
