ALER General Assembly approves 2022 Report & Accounts
The first General Assembly (GA) of 2023 took place on May 4th, during ALER members's month, in Cape Verde, in the offices of the recent ALER’s member, VPQ Advogados and online.
During the GA the 2022 Annual Report & Accounts was unanimously approved, and it's available for consultation here.
According to the ALER President "The year 2022 shined brightly in ALER's history, filling us with pride and hope. It was a year full of achievements that highlighted the promising potential and transformative capacity of our Association."
In fact, during the 2022 ALER had its best results since the beginning of activity in 2015, and organised the largest number of initiatives, highlighting:
- 9 Publications;
- 7 Exchange initiatives;
- Implementation of 2 funding contracts and submission of 5 applications and tenders;
- 3 market monitoring services;
- Organisation of 11 events and active participation in 6;
- Training of 40 entrepreneurs;
- Support the development of 12 business cases of Lusophone women in the scope of Women Sustainable Energy Programme (PESM).
In addition, ALER activities for 2023 were presented and the contributions of all Members were collected.

- Global Gateway Investment Forum UE-MZ with a day dedicated to energy, in parallel with the 4th Edition of the International Conference Renewables in Mozambique 2023: November 22nd to 24th, physical event in Maputo, Mozambique.
