ALER releases Events Agenda 2024

ALER's Events Agenda 2024 is now available online (here). As well as providing information on the coming quarters' events, this document helps to identify different investment and networking opportunities.

Throughout the year, ALER organizes different events (at national, regional and international levels) to promote renewable energies in Portuguese-speaking African countries to the public and private sectors. By enabling knowledge sharing, dialogue and collaboration between stakeholders, ALER events are spaces for debate and exchange, covering various topics that are important for the sector's growth.

Among the different events is the ALER Market Outlook, to be held on 27th and 28th May. This is an event that gives an insight into the latest developments in the renewable energy market in the five countries where ALER operates (Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau and São Tomé and Príncipe), through the release of the respective Market Sheets.

May also brings the launch of ALER Spotlight, which aims to be a platform for highlighting the activity of a particular company operating in the sector.

This year's agenda also includes a series of seminars (CPLP Energy and Climate Seminars, in July, October and November), two themed events (Carbon Markets, in June; and National Banking, in October) and three national events (FIEREE 2024, in June; Mini-grids in Mozambique, in July/August; and RENMOZ 2024, in November).

Companies wishing to increase their visibility and promote their products/services can join ALER's events as sponsors. Different sponsorship packages are already available, with multiple advantages (ALER members benefit from exclusive discounts).
