ALER travels to Angola to coordinate AMAP project activities
ALER visited Angola between 9th and 13th December 2024, to coordinate various activities under the AMAP project. This technical assistance program, financed and implemented by the AfDB and SEFA, aims to create a reliable investment environment for developing green mini-grid projects in Africa.
Rita Marouço, ALER's Project Manager, attended the first meeting of the AMAP project's Steering Committee, which took place on 12th December. During the visit of the technical team from the consortium led by ALER to implement the project in the country, various working meetings were held with the Regulatory Institute for Electricity and Water Services (IRSEA) and the Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA).
On 11th December, Rita Marouço also participated in the 2nd Symposium of the German-Angolan Hydrogen Office (H2-diplo – Decarbonization Diplomacy).
