AMER claims energy supply services as essential services
AMER (Mozambican Renewable Energy Association), ALER's partners, prepared a petition sent to MIREME, on the 5th of May, requesting the definition of energy supply services as essential services. This petition followed the ratification of Presidential Decree number 12/2020, of 29 April, which sets the extension of the State of Emergency in Mozambique. You can see the letter sent here.
