Good Practices Seminar video available online

The video of the Good Practices Seminar, held within the scope of the "Action Implementation Agreement" between the Angolan Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA), the Lusophone Association of Renewable Energies (ALER) and the EU-AO Dialogue Facility, is now available on the ALER website. The activity took place on December 13th 2023, in Luanda.

As part of the action “Interchange for Analysis of the Potential of a Home Solar Systems Programme in Angola”, the seminar featured presentations on Mozambique's successful experience in the use of Home Solar Systems, the Angolan Government Strategy for the energy sector, the regulatory framework, the role of the private sector and concluded with a session presenting the results of the action and future recommendations.

With the aim of promoting access to sustainable off-grid energy and strengthening cooperation between Angola and the European Union, this event signaled concrete steps towards a more sustainable and energy-inclusive future for all Angolans.

Esta acção foi desenvolvida no âmbito da Facilidade de Diálogo UE-Angola, um projecto financiado pelo Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento, que visa apoiar Acções promovidas por instituições angolanas e europeias para aprofundar a troca regular de conhecimento e boas prácticas.

This action was developed within the scope of the EU-AO Dialogue Facility, a project financed by the European Development Fund, which aims to support Actions promoted by Angolan and European institutions to deepen the regular exchange of knowledge and good practices.
