ALER attends the 3rd Annual Workshop on Advancing SE4All Country Action in Africa
The SE4All Africa Hub hosted by the African Development Bank in partnership with the African Union Commission, the NEPAD Agency and UNDP and in collaboration with the SE4All Global Facilitation Team will organize the 3rd Annual Workshop on Advancing SE4All Country Action in Africa from 9-10 February 2016 in Abidjan.
The workshop will take stock of the advancement of SE4All country action in Africa and discuss how SE4All can facilitate a coordinated follow-up to the SE4All Action Agendas and Investment Prospectuses under development in many African countries, specifically regarding the mobilization of the required resources to ensure implementation and results on the ground.
Participation in the workshop is upon invitation only. It will bring together African institutions, SE4All focal points, development partners active in Africa, private sector and civil society representatives.
ALER will participate to stimulate the achievement of SE4All goals and actions in Portuguese‐speaking countries, acting its role as a focal point for SE4All in lusophone countries, in acordance with the declaration presented last June in the 1st Conference Energy for the Development of CPLP.
